Our own visitor statistics – cookie-free
On our own server we count how many times each page is viewed, and which city and device each visitor comes from. No cookies are used for this; your browser identifier (user-agent) is not stored, only the device type, browser and operating system name are recorded. The city is derived from the IP address using a local database on our server; the IP address is not sent anywhere else. Visits within the same day are combined using an anonymous hash that changes every day. If ‘do not track’ (Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control) is enabled in your browser, you are not counted at all and your IP address is not recorded.
IP address: Your IP address is also written to the visit record. We use it only for these purposes: excluding our own team's visits from the statistics, detecting abuse and automated (bot) traffic, and keeping the site secure. The IP address is seen only by Mobilteg's authorised administrators, is not shared with third parties, is not used for advertising or profiling, and After 90 days is deleted from the visit record (from then on the visit remains only as an anonymous count).
Where the visit came from (search engine, social media, another site, campaign tags in an ad link and the type of ad click), how far down the page was read, whether page sections were seen and clicks on links to other sites are also written to the same anonymous visit. Only if you select ‘Accept’ in the cookie preferences is a random number written to your browser; this number is used only to tell new visitors from returning ones and does not reveal who you are. If you submit a demo or quotation request, the source of this visit (campaign, landing page) is added to your request. Raw visit records are deleted after 400 days.
Google Ads measurement — only with your consent
We advertise on Google. To measure whether the ads work (whether someone who clicked an ad left a demo or quotation request), only if you click ‘Accept’ the Google Ads tag is loaded and Google Ads cookies (e.g. _gcl_au) are used. Nothing is loaded from Google and nothing is sent to Google before you give consent. No consent is given for personalised advertising. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Demo and quotation request
The name, company, email and phone number you enter on the form are stored by Mobilteg only to respond to your request; they are not added to a marketing list or shared with third parties.
KVKK privacy notice
Data controller: Personal data processed on this site by Mobilteg Mobil Bilişim Tek. Grubu San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), and the legal grounds:
- Visit record and IP address (page, time, source, device type, approximate city, IP address): collected automatically for site security, abuse prevention and visit statistics, on the basis of KVKK Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). IP addresses are kept for 90 days and anonymous visit records for 400 days.
- Google Ads cookies and returning visit number: only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1); you can withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie preferences. Transfer to Google constitutes a transfer abroad and is based solely on this consent.
- Demo / quotation form (name, company, email, phone, request note, IP address at the time of submission): processed on the basis of KVKK Art. 5/2-c in order to respond to your request and conduct pre-contract discussions; deleted once the request is closed, except where statutory retention periods apply.
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request its correction or deletion, and to object. You can submit your requests to our company through the request form on the site or in writing, stating your IP address and the date of your visit; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
